Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Eden Prairie, MN

What We're Looking For:

• Current or eligible Minnesota licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPs with a passion for working in pediatric and school-based settings
• Experience or strong interest in serving students with higher support needs
• Collaborative spirit and clear, compassionate communication skills
• Organized, flexible, and committed to student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy services based on students’ needs
• Work with a small, close-knit caseload to maximize each student's progress
• Focus on providing direct therapy; no paperwork for due process is required–just service minutes
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to create supportive, individualized strategies
• Maintain accurate session records and participate in team meetings as needed
