Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active or pending California SLP license, with the ability to apply for one
  • ASHA certification preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Strong skills in IEPs, assessments, treatment, and documentation

Location:
El Cajon, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ needs
  • Provide direct and indirect services, ensuring a comprehensive approach to therapy
  • Manage a caseload of up to 55 students
