A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) qualified to work within a K-12 school environment. This contract position supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade, providing essential speech and language services to enhance communication skills and promote academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support integrated therapy approaches.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
  • Experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in educational settings, preferably K-12.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
  • Ability to engage effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
