Pediatric Speech Therapist in Elk River, MN

A K-12 educational setting in Elk River, MN is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students with diverse communication needs. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality speech-language services throughout the current school year (CSY).

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Delivering speech-language therapy to students in a school-based environment.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student communication goals.
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school and state regulations.
• Utilizing teletherapy methods when appropriate to extend therapy reach.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs or relevant credentials for SLPA.
• Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, and school settings preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery models.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for SLPs, if applicable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
