A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025–2026 academic school year, serving K-12 students primarily at the elementary level, with some early childhood participation. This contract role is based in Epping, ND, within a school setting.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 28 students, providing comprehensive speech and language assessments, and developing individualized therapy plans. The role requires delivering direct therapy tailored to each student's needs, collaborating with teachers and staff to implement accommodations, and monitoring progress to adjust interventions as necessary. Active participation in IEP meetings and offering guidance to parents and caregivers are key components.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of IEP processes and educational regulations
Location: Epping, North Dakota; K-12 school environment
Duration: Contract for the 2025–2026 school year (September through June)
