An opportunity awaits for a dedicated professional specializing in speech-language pathology within an educational setting. This contract position is ideal for a skilled and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a meaningful impact on students' lives in a K-12 environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address students’ communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' overall development.
- Deliver both direct and indirect services as outlined in IEPs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Therapy.
- Current Massachusetts state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- CCC-SLP certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in school settings is an advantage.
