Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active or pending Missouri SLP license, with the ability to apply for one
• ASHA certification is a plus, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though not required
• Strong skills in developing IEPs, assessments, and treatment documentation

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required
• Provide direct and indirect services to a caseload of 30-40 students across two elementary schools
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
