A dynamic K-12 school in Fairfield, CA is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position lasting the current school year (CSY). This opportunity offers both full-time and part-time roles to support students across all grade levels. The ideal candidate will be ready to start as soon as possible and remain through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy services to students K-12
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Support students with a range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language delays
  • Assist in training or supporting Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) where applicable

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist certification with ASHA CCC or valid CFY status
  • Experience working in school settings with speech and language assessments and individual therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for collaboration within an educational environment
  • Flexibility to manage a caseload spanning all grade levels
  • Current credential requirements to authorize speech services in K-12 schools
