A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Fayetteville, NC, supporting students in grades K-12. This contract position offers a collaborative environment within a school setting, focusing on delivering quality speech therapy services to a diverse student caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students with varying communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Valid North Carolina SLP license required
  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Clinical Fellows welcomed; supervised practice guaranteed if hired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to student-focused care and professional growth

Position Details:

  • Full-time schedule, approximately 35 hours per week
  • Work with a K-12 mixed caseload
