A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to provide onsite services at two elementary school locations. This contract position spans from ASAP through the end of the school year, serving a caseload of approximately 44 to 50 elementary students. The role requires a commitment to fostering communication skills and supporting students’ speech and language development within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Provide direct therapy services to students across two school locations
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and comply with all educational and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
  • Experience working with elementary school-aged children in a school setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively
  • Ability to work onsite at assigned school locations
  • Commitment to professional development and teamwork

Location: This contract role is based onsite at elementary schools in Federal Way and Lacey, WA.
