A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-5 students within a dynamic K-12 school setting. This contract role offers an opportunity to deliver impactful therapy services across a diverse young population, fostering communication skills that contribute to academic and social success. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through May 29, 2026, working 37.5 hours per week with a manageable caseload of 52 students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must hold SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in healthcare-related speech-language pathology preferred
  • Skilled in pediatric therapy interventions
  • Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is a plus
  • Experience with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or recent involvement in CFY
  • Background working within school-based speech therapy programs

Location: Fenton, Michigan

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for K-5 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting communication challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Utilize teletherapy techniques when necessary to maximize reach and effectiveness
  • Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with school policies and standards
