This contract position is focused on providing targeted support to students from August to the end of October, covering a maternity leave. The role requires a dedicated professional to work onsite three days a week, totaling 24 hours.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy
  • Proficient in teletherapy practices
  • Familiarity with K-12 educational environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Location:

  • Muncie, IN

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' needs
  • Monitor and document students' progress and adjust therapy as required
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to discuss student progress and strategies for support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and outcomes
