A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position at an elementary school serving K-12 students in Foley, MN. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse school-aged population throughout the contract school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Eligibility for or experience as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP considered
  • Experience providing speech therapy in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy services beneficial but not mandatory
  • Credentials or experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in healthcare or school environments may also be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and school staff
