Speech and Language Pathologist - Fort Wayne, IN

A dedicated and experienced professional is sought to fill a full-time position in a dynamic K-12 school setting located in Fort Wayne, IN. This role is essential in providing communication support to students for the upcoming school year, following a caseload model that emphasizes personalized intervention.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree (M.S. / M.A.) in Communication Disorders
• Valid CCC-SLP licensure
• Experience as a school-based SLP or in a pediatric setting
• Strong evaluation and assessment skills
• Ability to collaborate with Special Education Professionals

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students' communication skills
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address diverse disabilities and disorders
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide direct services to students, utilizing a 3:1 service delivery model
