A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the current school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Fort Worth, TX. This contract position offers the chance to support students’ communication development within a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and provide therapy services aligned with educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working in healthcare and pediatric settings, with a focus on school-based practice.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
- Strong understanding of speech-language pathology principles within K-12 education.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
