This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers a hybrid work schedule in a K-12 school setting located in Fountain Inn, SC. The role primarily supports middle to high school students, serving a caseload of approximately 40 students. The contract is for the current school year (CSY), providing a structured yet flexible environment for the right professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Work closely with students, parents, and educational staff to monitor progress.
  • Utilize both in-person and virtual methods to deliver therapy services.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ communication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology License.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students effectively.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site and 2 days virtual.

This hybrid model is designed to offer a balance between direct student interaction and remote work flexibility. While the preference is for in-person presence, the schedule accommodates up to two virtual days to support work-life balance.
