Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Contract Position – Franklin, VA

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide essential speech and language services in a PreK-12 public and private school setting. This role supports students across three schools located on a single campus, offering a dynamic and collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of 35-45 students from PreK through 12th grade
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
• Utilize both onsite and teletherapy platforms to maximize student access to services
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards throughout the contract duration

Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working in school-based settings with pediatric populations
• Familiarity with teletherapy delivery and digital documentation systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring quality individualized care
