A school district in Fremont, CA, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to serve a high school population for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, contract position focuses primarily on supporting 9th-grade students with speech and language needs, managing a caseload of 35 to 45 students.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments for high school students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress
  • Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing professional expertise for educational planning

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with adolescent populations, preferably in a high school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and prioritize tasks
