A K-12 school in Fremont, CA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join on a contract basis for the current school year (CSY) with an ASAP start. This position is ideal for professionals holding certification as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or those licensed to practice as a School-based SLP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in students K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) or equivalent state licensure for school settings
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Knowledge of speech and language development, as well as disorders common in school populations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Location: Fremont, California (K-12 School)

This contract role offers the opportunity to impact student success directly by providing critical speech and language services. The position starts as soon as possible and will continue through the current school year.
