School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Clovis, California

An opportunity exists for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to serve in a dynamic K-12 educational environment in Clovis, CA. This full-time position spans the entire school year, allowing for meaningful engagement with students from August 20, 2025, to June 12, 2026. The role focuses on addressing the diverse communication needs of approximately 48-60 students, fostering their academic and social success through tailored speech and language interventions.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on schools
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with K-12 students
• CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates are welcome
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct intervention services in one-on-one and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress documentation
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
