This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive services within a K-12 school setting from August 11, 2025, through May 21, 2026. Serving approximately 40 students, this role requires delivering direct speech and language therapy, managing cases efficiently, and conducting assessments to support student communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of around 40 students across grades K-12
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify communicative disorders
  • Manage case files with accurate documentation and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Attend IEP meetings as required, occasionally extending beyond regular hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Experience working in educational settings K-12 preferred
  • Strong case management and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide effective, evidence-based speech therapy interventions
  • Flexibility to work four days per week, with one Friday per month, 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM (schedule may extend for IEP meetings)
