A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a K-12 public school located in Fulda, MN. This contracted position spans a full school year and offers the opportunity to work closely with a Certified Fellow (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support student success.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience providing speech and language therapy services in a K-12 educational setting
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and educational staff
- Willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support staff such as CFs and SLPAs
Location:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Provide individualized and group therapy sessions aligned with student IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support overall student development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Supervise and work in tandem with a Certified Fellow or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to enhance service delivery
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
