Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ overall development
- Provide direct support and interventions in one-on-one and group settings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records of services provided
