Speech Language Pathologist in Gilroy, CA

Step into a rewarding school-based opportunity supporting PreK students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). This contract position offers an immediate start and extends through the end of the current school year. You'll be working onsite with a collaborative educational team, making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners near Gilroy, CA.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct speech-language therapy services to PreK students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support each child's progress
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each student
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of intervention strategies

We're seeking candidates with:

• Valid SLP or SLPA credentials (CCC required for SLPs)
• Previous experience with early childhood or PreK populations is a plus
• Ability to begin as soon as possible and commit through the EOSY
• Comfortable working onsite as part of a multidisciplinary school team

Compensation for this position ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
