Job Duration: Contract for the school year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Provide direct therapy sessions aimed at achieving speech and language goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive support for students.
- Involve and educate families in the therapy process to enhance overall outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
