Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct therapy sessions aimed at achieving speech and language goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive support for students.
• Involve and educate families in the therapy process to enhance overall outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
