A full-semester contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work within a K-12 school setting in Glendale, AZ. This role involves providing therapy three days a week during the spring semester, supporting students of mixed ages and disabilities. The opportunity includes working with diverse pediatric populations and utilizing teletherapy as part of the service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students with a variety of communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals.
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure and ASHA (CCC-SLP) certification required.
  • Experience providing speech therapy in school settings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms and pediatric populations beneficial.

Location: Glendale, AZ
Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week during the spring semester
Duration: Full semester contract
