Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students in the Glendale, AZ area as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This rewarding, full-time role runs through the end of the school year and provides the chance to make a meaningful impact with K-8 students across a diverse educational setting.

You'll collaborate with a dedicated team at one K-8 school and engage with two specialized programs—one tailored for behavioral needs and another serving students with multiple disabilities. With a strong emphasis on growth, inclusion, and communication, you'll help students discover their voices and achieve their fullest potential.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC or CFY)
  • Experience providing services in a school setting, ideally with K-8 students
  • Comfort supporting students with behavioral challenges and/or multiple disabilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques for varying needs and individualized education plans

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to K-8 students across school and program settings
  • Develop and implement individualized goals, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed
  • Participate as a collaborative member of IEP teams and coordinate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and district policies
  • Offer expertise in interventions that support communication, social skills, and academic achievement
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment where all students are empowered to communicate effectively
