An opportunity exists for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a K-12 educational environment in Hammett, ID. This full-time position spans the school year, from August 2025 to May 2026, and involves working with a diverse caseload to address various communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy services targeting articulation, fluency, language, and voice disorders.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to establish and achieve student goals.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and student progress in compliance with regulations.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings to develop and adjust goals for students.
- Create a supportive learning environment by working closely with special education teams and school staff.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligibility for Idaho SLP license or holding an active license.
- Familiarity with K-12 education systems and related therapies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
