This opportunity seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support elementary and pre-kindergarten school programs through a contract position. These roles provide an excellent platform for professionals passionate about pediatric speech and language development within a school setting.

Two SLP positions are available: one focused on elementary students and the other on pre-kindergarten. The elementary SLP will work approximately 15 hours per week, spread over two days, while the pre-kindergarten SLP will provide services for about 11.25 hours weekly, across 1.5 days. Both roles emphasize individualized teletherapy and in-person support to enhance student communication skills.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure for Speech Language Pathology
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational and healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
  • Completion of Certificate of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development and early childhood intervention strategies

Responsibilities include assessing, developing, and implementing individualized education plans, collaborating with teachers and families, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires delivering quality speech and language therapy services tailored to each student's needs while supporting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
