Apply NowA dedicated and passionate professional is sought to provide essential speech-language pathology services for young children in an engaging educational setting. This full-time position is focused on serving children ages 3–5 at our Early Childhood Center for the 2025–2026 school year, beginning mid-August 2025 and concluding late May 2026.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
- Proficient in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with early childhood development and disorders
Location:
- East Saint Louis, IL (One site only)
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children aged 3–5
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet the individual needs of students
- Collaborate with educational staff to support students' communication goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Conduct periodic evaluations and adjust therapy as needed to ensure continued development
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and strategies for support
