Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but motivated new grads with proper credentials are welcome
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress tracking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with students of varying backgrounds and abilities across all grade levels (K-12)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive environments and integrate therapy into academic settings
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Provide direct and consultative services, adjusting strategies to meet diverse student needs
  • Support students in reaching their fullest communication potential and academic success
