Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding speech and language therapy in schools.

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
  • Monitor and document students’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students’ overall educational goals.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with regulations.
