A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support elementary, middle, and high school students within the school setting in Augusta, GA. This contract role runs through May 29, 2026, with a Monday to Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week. Candidates will serve a diverse caseload providing essential therapy services, conducting evaluations, writing IEPs, and collecting data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering speech and language therapy interventions tailored to student needs
  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess communication disorders
  • Developing and writing individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Collecting and analyzing progress data to inform treatment adjustments
  • Traveling to multiple school sites within the district to provide services

Qualifications:

  • Current Georgia License to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist is required
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Ability to work effectively in a school environment with students, educators, and families
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Work arrangement:

  • Preference for onsite work with flexibility for a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days virtual)
