Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC).
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills in speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educational staff.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to support individual goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' communication skills.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress through regular evaluations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
