Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Facilitate therapy sessions focused on achieving specific speech and language goals
  • Track and document each student's progress meticulously for ongoing assessment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and effective care
  • Involve and educate families to support the therapy process at home

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations strongly desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and staff
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

This role requires an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and a Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
