A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year at a K-12 school located in Hendersonville, TN. This role is contract-based, running from approximately late April to late May 2026, with the possibility of an earlier start date. The position requires onsite presence only.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Active ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) SLP License
- Experience working in school settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support K-12 students
Responsibilities will involve:
- Providing comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy to students across grade levels
- Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure student progress
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student services
- Participating in team meetings and professional development activities as needed
