Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in school-based therapy to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract role involves delivering high-quality speech and language services in a K-12 educational environment, making a meaningful impact on the communication development of diverse learners.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in both healthcare and school settings
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with K-12 school protocols and educational therapy standards
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside educators, families, and healthcare providers

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress and integration
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs within the school environment
