A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide comprehensive speech and language services within a K-12 school setting in Hope Mills, NC. This position serves students from elementary through high school and requires full-time or part-time availability with flexibility in scheduling, particularly for pre-kindergarten and elementary students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school students.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to student needs.
  • Supervise at least one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to ensure quality care and compliance with service delivery.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active North Carolina license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in school settings (K-12) with a range of student ages.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language pathology principles and practices.
  • Ability to supervise SLPA personnel effectively.
  • Flexibility to work onsite two days per week for the part-time position.
  • CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.

Schedule and Location:

  • Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, from ASAP until May 29, 2026.
  • Part-Time: Two days per week, flexible hours, primarily serving pre-kindergarten and elementary students.
  • Both positions require onsite presence in Hope Mills, NC.
