A K-12 educational institution in Bayfield, WI, is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to provide vital speech and language services for students. This full-time position is focused on supporting the diverse needs of the school community for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist License
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in K-12 settings preferred
- Strong assessment and diagnosis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:
Bayfield, WI
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed to meet their goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
