Speech-Language Pathologist – School-Based Position

Location: On-Site - Rockville, MD
Schedule: 2025-2026 School Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Caseload: K-12

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy to students in one-on-one and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers parents and specialists to support student needs
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input
• Share speech and language strategies with school staff

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Maryland SLP license 
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
