Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Master’s degree in Communication Disorders or a related field
- Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists
Location:
- Columbus, IN
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy to a caseload of elementary students
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
