A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in pediatrics and school settings, located in Irving, TX. This role focuses on supporting students’ communication development through teletherapy and direct services in a dynamic educational environment.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience or licensure relevant to healthcare, pediatrics, and school settings
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or eligibility
  • Proficiency in teletherapy delivery
  • Current or eligible Texas State License
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • School-based experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with students, parents, and educators to assess and diagnose communication disorders
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address speech and language challenges
  • Promoting social communication skills to enhance student interactions and academic progress
  • Providing direct and indirect speech therapy services as part of an integrated educational team
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
