Key Qualifications:
- Current NJ Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Active New Jersey Department of Education (DOE) certification
- Experience working with preschool or pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Comfortable working as CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting student growth and collaborative teamwork
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate records and provide documentation as required
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and family education
- Foster a supportive, positive learning environment for all students
