Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Aurora, IL

This contract position is located in Aurora, IL, and spans the full school year, serving a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through eighth grade.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current State Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred, but not required
• Clinical fellows are encouraged to apply

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques to meet changing needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Manage a caseload not to exceed 60 students, ensuring a manageable workload
