An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a significant impact in the lives of elementary students. This role focuses on providing comprehensive speech and language services across two elementary schools, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Active or pending Missouri SLP license, with the ability to apply if not yet licensed.
  • ASHA certification is a plus, although Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
  • Strong background in developing IEPs, conducting assessments, and providing treatment.

Location: Liberty, MO

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals.
  • Manage a caseload of 30-40 students, delivering both direct and indirect services.
