Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in secondary education
- Strong understanding of pragmatic language disorders
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language issues, focusing on pragmatic needs
- Develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create a comprehensive support plan for students
- Deliver instruction and support in a manner that enhances students’ social communication skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student outcomes
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions to promote social interaction among students
