A healthcare setting in Katy, TX is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contract position with a duration of the current school year (NSY). This role offers the opportunity to work full time or part time, with on-site preferences and caseload details discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience in school settings is a plus
  • Proficient with AAC devices
  • Knowledgeable about Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric and school-age populations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary professionals including physical therapists (PTs), speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs), and occupational therapists (OTs)
  • Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately and timely
  • Maintain precise patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare and educational regulations

Location: Katy, Texas – with flexibility for part-time or full-time engagement

This position is well-suited for professionals experienced in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school environments who hold certifications or are completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) qualifications.
