A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available for the upcoming full school year in a K-12 educational setting located in the Houston, TX area. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support speech and language services for students across various grade levels within the North Houston region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapeutic services to students.
  • Implement speech and language intervention plans under the supervision of certified professionals.
  • Monitor and document student progress and communicate effectively with educators and families.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plan (IEP) development and implementation.
  • Support classroom activities when appropriate to facilitate communication skills growth.
