An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated professional in a K-12 school setting, focused on supporting students' communication needs. This role is designed for an individual with a strong background in SLP, ready to make a significant impact from 08/19/25-11/07/25.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in SLP.
- Active state license and Professional Educator License (PEL) with a special education endorsement in SLP.
- Certification (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly early education.
Location:
- Kenosha, WI
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to implement effective communication strategies.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, ages kindergarten through fifth grade.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment effectiveness.
