A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Bothell, WA, serving K-12 students in a school setting. This contract position is ideal for candidates seeking a second semester assignment within a comprehensive school year (CSY) schedule. Recent graduates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply, as previous experience is not mandatory.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification/licensure.
  • Experience or willingness to work with K-12 students in school-based environments.
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively and collaborate with educators and families.
  • CFY candidates are welcome; no vocational rehabilitation experience required.

Location:

  • Bothell, Washington.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Implement therapy sessions targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs.
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and team discussions relevant to student support.
